Kat Castillo

Kat joined Drake Cooper in 2026 as Office Coordinator for the Boise office, where she helps keep the agency running smoothly with equal parts organization, hospitality, and positive energy. Focused on creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and the team alike, she’s often the friendly face making sure everything is in the right place—and everyone feels right at home.

A Boise native, Kat brings a strong background in customer service and retail management, having led boutiques in both Idaho and Dallas, Texas. She also spent several years building and managing her own e-commerce business, which eventually grew into a local storefront.

Outside the office, Kat can usually be found with a good book, trying out local coffee shops and restaurants, or spending time outdoors with her husband, child, and dog exploring parks and the Boise foothills.

That we can be ourselves around each other. With no judgment or expectations. We just love it when we get to see each other, and we cherish the time we get to spend together.
