Courtney Bay

Courtney is an Account Manager who is passionate about creative work and dedicated to creating opportunities and equity for fellow women/BIPOC in the industry. She has experience leading internal employee resource groups for women/AAPI communities and delivering traditional global campaigns, photography, social toolkits, motion-animated film, and OOH.

When she’s not at work, you can probably find her at a rave or festival (bass music holds a special place in her heart). She also spends her time hiking, paddleboarding, skiing, playing basketball, and just exploring the PNW. Fun fact: most of the artwork in her home is self-made! She is a creative with an eye for interior design and a love for paint.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

That feeling you get at a festival, being in the moment with your best friends, listening to your favorite music with lasers and fireworks going off in the sky.

When and where were you the happiest?

I had a main character moment in Barcelona at night, just walking home in light rain. The city felt safe, and I was just taking in all of the sites and architecture.

Which talent would you most like to have?

I wish I could shuffle to house music.

What activities keep you busy outside of the office?

Raving. Always.
