Hayden Cooper

As Drake Cooper’s first agency coordinator Hayden supports each team of wildly talented employee owners. Through project managing, building a deck, or putting out a fire Hayden acts as a jack of all trades in the agency. 

Following graduation from Whitman College, Hayden began working as a behavioral therapist. Serving neurodivergent children in the Boise area taught Hayden patience and compassion in a professional setting. Despite no longer working with children, Hayden’s skills have translated into the dynamic social environment of advertising. 

He feels most at home when picking up a new hobby (currently hockey) or eating a home cooked meal and cracking jokes with friends.
