Jess Spalding

Jess joined Drake Cooper in 2023 as an Account Manager for CBH Homes. A detail-oriented and highly organized planner with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, she made the leap to marketing with an opportunity to work as Marketing Manager for Wyoming Whiskey and then as Marketing Director for Idaho-based CPG brand Kate’s Real Food. These in-house experiences piqued her interest in agency work. Most recently, she worked as Project Manager for SUPERBASE Creative.

Jess was raised in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming, so her love for the outdoors and the mountains runs deep. She grew up snowboarding, hiking, and playing tennis with the Tetons as her scenic backdrop. She is obsessed with her two black labs, Sofie and Emma, and takes every opportunity to get them outside. When she isn’t in the office or playing outside, Jess is busy with school. She is currently enrolled in an MBA program at Boise State University and plans to graduate in 2024.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Sitting on a beach with a tropical beverage in hand (preferably blended).

Which talent would you most like to have?

Any musical ability whatsoever.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Surviving 23 days rafting the Grand Canyon! I’ll admit, there were tears.

How would you like to die?

Smothered by puppies.

What is your favorite snack while at work?

Peanut butter filled pretzels from Trader Joe’s. I have no control.
