In prior roles as Group Strategy Director at Sid Lee, EVP/Director of Strategy at M&C Saatchi, and Global Planning Director at 180 in Amsterdam, Mandy has elevated brands such as The North Face, Dos Equis, DHL Express and BMW Motorrad, creating loyalty through emotional resonance. Her strategic acumen is further highlighted by her work with consumer giants like Quaker, Hillshire Farm, and Kellogg’s Special K and All-Bran, where her campaign for Special K North America notably won an Effie for shifting the conversation from weight loss to confidence gained from healthy choices.

Mandy’s strategic vision also led to the successful launch of Schwan’s Hearth & Fire, marking the company’s foray into the direct-to-consumer space with a robust digital ecosystem and go-to-market strategy. Her ability to simplify complex messages has also benefited technology firms like Epson, Chime, Nasdaq, and Amazon.

She’s a self-described chocoholic who’s made chocolate on a farm in Costa Rica and can nearly always be found with a dark chocolate bar. For the last 10 years, she’s lived in LA with her husband and three kids where she will be based in Drake Cooper’s LA office.

Shape-shifting or teleportation.

When and where were you the happiest?

Getting through something really challenging or difficult, like scaling Angel’s Landing at Zion with my whole family or convincing my son to take a shower.

What activities keep you busy outside of the office?

Skiing, camping, beaching, brunching and board gaming.
