Nari Bowie

Nari is an HR Generalist who is passionate about making DC employee-owners’ lives better. She does everything from helping with benefits and payroll to onboarding and coaching. She’s a firm believer in creating a great culture and work environment that embraces the needs of our greatest assets, our employee-owners.

Nari is not new to agency life. She’s worked at digital marketing agencies before and understands that agency work is a different beast. She’s had firsthand experience with cultures that work well and feel like families. When not in the office, Nari can be found exploring the national parks and forests in her converted ambulance with her two adventure cats. She’s lived in France and Japan, and her wandering soul loves seeking out new experiences and adventures.

My ambulance.

I’m happiest when I’m exploring new places, especially when my cats are with me.

The ability to be creative constantly rather than bursts of inspiration.

Brandon Sanderson, Ali Hazelwood, and Jane Austen.

What is it that you most dislike?

Tedium.
