Drake Cooper would love to have an inventive neighbor in our building anchoring BoDo along with Balihoo, Boise Contemporary Theater and the many other creative and arts organizations.

We’ve just gutted the basement space in the building leaving the fir posts, a cool concrete floor and lots of light – with just over 6,000 square feet, two new lavatories, two entrances, and a shower. With new lighting, new wiring and the smell of fresh paint, all that is missing is you and your big idea. There’s even room for bikes, ping pong and your kegerator.
