It’s the beginning of 2015, but there’s no sign of slowing down at Drake Cooper. To that end we’ve brought aboard new talent in our creative department.
“We are happy to be adding to our new breed of story builders. These new hires bring talents across creative, media and digital platforms, hop from left-brain to right brain and importantly understand the new frontier of our industry. Each of them is ambitious and has a passion for making ambitious work. And to me, that is exciting.”
-Jamie Cooper, CEO
Dannielle brings the artist hand and an awe-inspiring eye for design to the Drake Cooper creative team. Following her parents from the rain soaked lands of the Pacific Northwest, Dannielle chose Boise as her new home; a place to raise her three boys and enjoy the wonderful Idaho outdoors.
Design has always been a part of her life. Starting in high school and continuing through college, Dannielle learned her craft, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications from the University of Washington. Years of agency and freelance work honed her skills. She is always finding a way to adapt and bring new ideas into her art direction.
Dannielle is an avid runner. Running offers her an escape from the stresses of home and work. It gives her time to be alone with her thoughts and a chance for release.
Dannielle is also a breast cancer survivor and is intimately familiar with the pain and emotions that stems from the disease. Compelled to do more for those also recovering from breast cancer, Dannielle became a licensed micro pigmentation specialist, which allows her to use her artistic ability to help women feel whole and begin the healing process.
After years of freelance, and contact work at Drake Cooper, Dannielle finally decided to take the move and accept a full time position at the company.
“At this point of my life I wanted to get back to work. I looked around and knew the caliber work that is done at Drake Cooper and decided that’s where I wanted to be. I needed that balance in life between family and work and knew at Drake Cooper they did great work, but they are also great people. “
