Idaho Gives 2017 – “Too Much To Match”

It’s already May, and that means many things for us. The weather is finally warming up, summer adventures are getting planned, company outings are approaching, and summer advertising work is soon going to market. But here in Idaho, one of the most lively parts of May is Idaho Gives. A 24-hour giving challenge on May 4th, Idaho Gives invites organizations and individuals to donate to support Idaho nonprofits. This year, the goal is $1.2 million, approximately one dollar per Idahoan. Idaho Gives is a fun and exciting challenge for us all and serves as a strong reminder of the fantastic work that Idaho nonprofits do every day to enable change and empower Idahoans in need. Visit Idaho Gives’ website to learn more or donate.

One of our core values here at Drake Cooper is community involvement and engagement. It’s important for us to remember to look beyond our lens of marketing and advertising and engage with the community around us. We are incredibly fortunate to have offices in Boise and Seattle where we enjoy creative spaces, nearby greenbelts, local restaurants, outdoors culture, and so much more. It is both our privilege and responsibility to give back. Through our Dream Big program, we support one local nonprofit each year with pro bono planning and marketing solutions. We’ve built new websites, launched social campaigns, and more through Dream Big. Additionally, when Drake Cooper employees volunteer their time, Drake Cooper compensates them accordingly. This year we are an Employee Partner with Idaho Gives, meaning we match our employees’ donations. Idaho nonprofits do incredible work in their communities and these are just a few of the ways we can help.

Happy Idaho Gives Day, and we hope you join us! Enjoy this year’s promotional video.
