Drake Cooper Announces Strategic Boost with the Addition of Mandy Waldorf Graham as Executive Director, Strategy & Analytics

Boise, Idaho – March 27, 2024 – Drake Cooper, Idaho’s largest and only employee owned advertising and marketing agency, is thrilled to announce the addition of Mandy Waldorf Graham to its leadership team as the Executive Director, Strategy & Analytics. This hire marks a significant milestone in Drake Cooper’s growth trajectory, particularly in enhancing its strategic thinking and analytics capabilities to serve its expanding client base, including Chevron, Texaco, Brookfield Properties, Idaho Central Credit Union, Blue Diamond Growers, Challenge Butter, and more.

Mandy brings over two decades of experience in agency strategy and planning. Before joining Drake Cooper, she was Group Strategy Director at Sid Lee, working on brands such as The North Face, Dos Equis, Pokemon, and Dove. Her impressive track record also includes roles as EVP/Director of Strategy at M&C Saatchi for Reebok, among others, and Global Planning Director at 180 in Amsterdam. Mandy began her career in Chicago at Cramer-Krasselt, later joining Leo Burnett to lead strategy for several of Kellogg’s flagship brands, including Special K and Eggo.

With a deep background in research, Mandy has always made data around culture and human behavior a priority to ensure a brand’s message continues to remain relevant in our ever-evolving environment.
