OUTSIDE lists Drake Cooper among Top 30 best places to work in the U.S.

Yeah we may be tooting our own bike horn a little, but can you blame us? Had we known Drake Cooper would be named 26 on Outside Magazine’s National Best Places to Work list, we would have thrown a river party and invited all our clients and friends! Well, maybe we still can?

We’re humbled to be mentioned alongside our Idaho friends at Smith Optics and the likes of New Belgium, Patagonia and Pearl Izumi. This has left us feeling both speechless and honored, but not entirely surprised. Not only are we lucky enough to live in a beautiful area with easy access to amazing outdoor activities, we are damn lucky to work with a highly creative and motivated group of individuals that know HOW to live.

To make Outside’s list, an organization must possess a healthy respect for the balance in life so many of us try to achieve. We here at Drake Cooper certainly value the yin and yang of hard work and fun outdoor time. Late night creative sessions and early morning client meetings will always be there, but we’ll keep reminding ourselves to be sure to make time for our outdoor adventuring spirit. It’s why we live in this place and it keeps us alive, energized and engaged in this craft we are so lucky to practice with clients we feel so fortunate to serve.

Thanks Outside! Stop by anytime, we’ve got Bogus Basin and trails up the street, the river out the back door and Payette in the beer fridge!

Your friends,

The DC Crew
